2008-2009 Early Bird Registration

Early Bird Process
1. During the first week of May, Early Bird packets will be delivered to your Service Unit Registrar.

2. Registrars will distribute registration packets to leaders by the second week of May or as soon as possible.

3. Leaders should pass out packets to all girls and adults planning on registering.

4. Parents/Guardians are to complete the registration form(s). Additional blank forms may be downloaded from our web site www.girlscoutsofwesternohio.org or by requesting them from your Membership Services Manager.

5. Completed registration forms, dues summary, and money should be placed into the envelope with the signed Volunteer Agreement form(s) and returned to your Registrar prior to: May 30th, June 30th, or July 31st to qualify for the incentives listed below.

6. Please inform your Registrar if the current leadership in the troop will remain or if your troop is disbanding.

7. Early Bird incentives for the 2008-2009 membership year are offered to all troops/groups that register over 50% of their girls and at least one adult.

Incentives Include:
Early Bird registrations turned in by May 30, 2008
- Girls will receive an Early Bird Patch.
- Leader will receive a 20% discount coupon for the shop or trading post.
- A drawing will be held for one troop to win a free night in a Cluster
    building at Camp Libbey.
- A drawing will be held for one adult to win a coupon to cover the
    registration fee for the 2008 Adult Conference to be held Sept. 26th –
    28th.
- A drawing will be held for a FREE team initiative activity which fosters
   teamwork, communication, and trust within a group. This activity will
   be brought right to the troop!
- Eligible for all Early Bird drawings listed below.
