Product Program

Product programs are an excellent way for Girl Scouts to provide activities designed to teach girls valuable life skills, earn money for the troop that can be used to pay for special troop projects, and provide service to the Council.

For many girls, the Girl Scout Product Sales is their first experience in project management, goal setting and teamwork. They learn to greet people, manage money responsibly, and follow on a promise. Their reward is increased self-confidence and the satisfaction of reaching a goal successfully.

In the fall troops participate in our Fall Product Sale, which gives them an opportunity to earn money early in the year.  Beginning in January, they participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Sale.  Participation in Council product sales is voluntary.
