Camp Libbey Facility Rentals/Reservations
Leaders looking for exciting camping and program opportunities, from Troop Camping to GSMVC-sponsored events for all age levels, can spend a couple of hours, a day, or stay overnight with their girls in modern tent units, cabins or buildings. All living areas have hot showers and flush toilets either inside or located nearby. All units are supplied with beds or cots with mattresses. Each building is winterized and has a kitchen unit stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils.
While at camp, troops can enjoy three-hundred acres of forests and ravines, plus Willet Creek, the Maumee River and several miles of trails. The Zonta Trail and the Handicapable Trail have interpretive guide books to help you explore the natural world.
The Environmental Center at Camp Libbey offers a variety of nature programs geared to Try-Its, Badges or Interest Patches. The hands-on exhibits and the live animal display room located in the Center are sure to thrill all who visit. Also in the Center is a nature viewing/resource room to explore at your leisure.
